There is darkness. When it whispers…it’s already too late.
Seraphina doesn’t want this power. It costs too much. Her sanity, her health, and now her little sister.
To save her sister from the dungeons of Gehenna, Seraphina must cross the continent, fight not only demonic beasts, but also her own magic, while searching for the hidden doorways to hell.
Her guide? Alistair Alcott: Captain of the Legion, who also happens to be her childhood crush that never returned her feelings. He’s hiding something, for the power he holds is more than any warlock should.
And there is another watching…waiting…
A demon lord with cunning intellect and a sinful mouth to match. The same darkness that runs through her veins—flows in his. He agrees to help her control her power for a cost.
Seraphina knows better than to trust a demon lord who makes the darkness sing. But what choice does she have?
In this high-stakes new epic fantasy series by debut author G.V. Hext, you’ll find deadly magic, fated love, and a witch who won’t stop until she burns the world to save what’s hers.
